The A's ran a promotion Thursday night. For each hit they had vs. Anaheim, they would reduce their $24 Plaza Level tickets for Sunday's game by $1.

The A's had 20 hits in a 15-6 win.

I would say filling the Plaza level at $4 a pop would be better than next to nobody there for $24 a ticket. The promotion is getting a lot of attention and if people have a good time at the game maybe they will come back.
