:lmao: ...Why not?  Pretty sure some of my good buddies are cornholing, & the fate of the "FBG Soccer Thread"'s meaning for existence hangs in the balance...so, again...to use the penultimate  parlance of "The Wild Bunch"..."Why Not!?!"... :lmao: First thread I ever started, & surely to be my last.  When the FBG Philistines come running for me, & this thread;  remind them of the flotsam/jetsam that consistently resides on the first page anymore.  "Profligacy!"...

Lovren and Klavan played a lot or minutes Saturday, interesting seeing them in again. 

Also, Klavan's spacing is very good. He's always providing an option

 
Was able to sell my two tickets today at least and even made a little cash. Still wish i could have gone :(

Sturridge with a gimmie, but it's miraculously saved by Allison by the tips of his fingertips.

Roma had the early chances, but Pool is finally clicking.

Also, nice of them to slide the camera crane so it blocks the middle of the field. :/

 
The Salah-Dzeko-El Shah trio is a danger.

Mane squanders first chance by trying to break ankles instead of cracking the shot.

To clarify...i showed my "Roma" son your pic, & he wants to know which goal you're behind right now...Roma's?  He just asked where all my friends are sitting...I told him " They're Liverpool fans, from the internet...he says: " So they're not really your friends? :lmao: ... believe me, it was funnier in person... :lmao:  ...@ me having friends here :unsure:

Dzeko scores on the Liverpool 8th string goalie (Manninger) to send the Bosnians in attendance in a tizzy (STL has a massive Bosnian population).

Up until then, the Liverpool supporters kind of quieted as Roma mostly dominated play. It's also about 90 degrees with a humidity of 100,000%, so there's that.

Ohhhh, you poor soul, you... we're treated to the bliss of watching a game from our ####### couches.  I feel your pain!

 
Liverpool is deep this year. Not too many teams can run out two full squads of mildly crappy guys.

Also, lots of good hair.
