jw, they're going to email you at the email address you have in your stars account. If you need to update that, do so ASAP. Same with your mailing address. Also, if your name on your stars account is not your real name, that's a big deal, and you need to tell them immediately. You should get an email in the next couple days, with a link to a site where you will decide which flight you want (there's four separate "day one" events each whittling down to 800 people). I put day two down as my first choice, but they can't guarantee anything.

If you want to wear their stuff, they'll give you 1k or hotel for the week. Hotel is one of three, all nice, but not the rio. If you already have a place, you can choose the 1k or choose to wear whatever you want although the wsop is probably going to have rules this year. Stars will not make you break those rules.

Congratulations. I'm really psyched for you. Can't wait to see you in Vegas.

$10K seat plus $1K "spending money" that they just put in my account(so subtracting the $650 it cost to enter, I win $350), and then if I agree to wear the PokerStars shirts they'll give me free hotel stay or an extra $1K. I would take the $1K if I do take it since my friend and I already have a place lined up there. But if I do really well in the early tournaments, then I may just wear what I want and be comfortable. Plus if I get to the final table wearing their clothes they give me an extra $100K, $250K for getting 2nd or 3rd, or $1Million for getting first.

That actually is a problem since I havn't accessed my poker email in so long that hotmail shut it down...I'll need to switch over to my primary email.

Thanks for the rooting and advice man. All of us who are going- I'm sure we'll talk a bit as it nears and organize some get together or something. It will be fun...icy pots indeed.
 
Man, I missed this last night -- congrats Assani, awesome stuff. Best of luck there, make the final table and make some big $$$$.
