Assuming the LT owner in your league presses his luck, in what round would you snare the Burner?

For a non-LT owner in a redraft, I don't think he should be taken before the 11th round.

I am in a keep 3 league slow draft that's going on right now. I took Turner in the 6th (9th after keepers), but I had 2 2nd round picks and 2 3rd round picks due to trades, so I had pretty much a full roster. I'm thinking he may be a keeper for me next year.
