Matty Jones with two nice catches, Mike Walker with a nice grab, excellent running by MJD, greg jones, and of course Garrard. 21 yards on a scramble and then punching it in from 1 yard on the sneak.

taylor not playing. as per my gamecast, matt ryan just picked apart the jags and threw a strike to roddy white for a 37yd td. Impressive start for the rook.EDIT: Bad ball by Ryan, good catch by White. White has been getting the better of his matchup with Rashean Mathis. Go figure. (2nd hand info)

1st team D (Jaguars D). Cleo Lemon just led the Jags on an efficient drive downfield into the redzone. Can't seal the deal though, Scobee hits the 37yd FG. Couple of drops early on for Mike Walker. Matt Jones with another grab. Not sure if it was entirely the 1st team defense, but there were starters out there during the drive.

Promising drive by the ATL 1st team offense snuffed out by a sack/fumble. 2nd team Jags D. Ryan was ripping off long gains early, nice play to stuff Norwood by Quentin Groves for a TFL, nice gain nullified by penalty, sack by Pettway, recovered by the offense. Rookie Witherspoon (Jags) muffs the punt, and Atl has the ball back.

Washington just put Jax on his back, 7 carries 22 yards. Looks pedestrian but he was gaining a consistant 3 yards/carry and picked up IIRC 3 1st downs himself. Very intriguing player to consider, viable contender for the #2 FB spot. Lemon also looking efficient with short passes. Not sure if its the 1st or 2nd team d but S. Nicholas, Lofton, Stone were all out there. Young group.

Harrington in. Against 2nd team and 3rd team elements. Sacked twice, Mkristo Bruce and Quentin Groves. Groves looking like an excellent 3rd down DPR. 2 stops on 3rd down (TFL on Norwood & sack.) Harrington continues his affectionate relationship with the turf.
EDIT: RuhRoh Chauncey Washington with a fumble on the 2nd play of the drive. Forced by rookie Lofton, recovered by Lofton, Falcons in the RZ.

He should be getting the hype that tim hightower is getting. Turner is fast and elusive. Anyone who passes over him or white in a draft is making a serious mistake
