despondence

I am in a Auction Keeper League. We can keep up to 4 players each year for a maximum of 3 years with the year they are drafted counting as their first year. Each year a player is kept their value increases by 20% the first year and 25% the second year. We use a pretty standard scoring system.
6pts for rushing and receiving TD's
4pts for passing TD's
1pt for every 25yds passing
0.1 pts for every rushing and receiving yard
2pt bonus for 5 receptions
Now the problem is I'm not sure who to keep this year because one owner in our league has an extraordinary keeper list. We draft with $200 and he can keep LJ for $7 and Steven Jackson for $20.
I have Shaun Alexander and Tiki Barber from last year and I can keep them for $96 and $57. The issue I'm having is keeping Alexander for so much. I'm afraid if I put him back on the board though that the team with LJ and Jackson can go after him and dominate the entire league. If I do keep Alexander and Tiki I walk into the draft with only $45 to spend. I plan on keeping Bledsoe for $2 and Terry Glenn for $2.
Any advice would be helpful because I don't know what to do?
