The Phillies could make a run at .500 this year but there's not much fantasy impact on the team. If you're in a local league, I'd let others overbid on Philadelphia players. If it's not a local, there are some guys like Herrera, Hernandez, Joseph, Nola, Velasquez who would be decent late options.
