10-team, .5 PPR re-draft league. Start 2 QBs, 2 WRs, 2 RBs, TE, Flex (WR/TE/RB), DEF, K

QB: Luck, Tannehill, Romo; RB: Elliott, Sims, Rashad Jennings, Henry, McKinnon; WR: Marshall, Hilton, Landry; TE: Eifert, Zach Miller; DEF: Cincinnati, Philadelphia; K: Bailey

Will move to 2-2 after an 0-2 start. Getting by with consistent RB play from Elliott and WR production but mostly average/slightly above average production everywhere else. Will drop Cincinnati and pick up John Brown off waivers. May look to see if I can sell Henry somewhere. Guys like Bilal Powell, Jay Ajayi, Wendell Smallwood, Darren Sproles, and Devontae Booker are on waivers at RB. Worried about 2nd QB position but may look to pick up Hoyer as they play the Colts this week.

Would you look to make a trade or stick to waiver wire at this point? Is it worth trying to buy low on a guy like Randall Cobb via trade or go after John Brown via waivers, for example? Thanks!

Love the idea of picking up John Brown, especially since you are thin at WR.  Bengals DST and Henry are the most expendable.  Of the RB's you listed I like Bilal Powell the best - he might have RB3 value even if Forte doesn't get hurt, while Booker is only valuable as a CJ Anderson handcuff.  I don't trust Smallwood in pass protection - and since Carson Wentz is obviously the future in Philly, pass blocking may be the most important skill for any RB on that team.
