Back to the Future 2 predicted the unlikely scenario that the Chicago Cubs would win baseball's World Series in 2015. They haven't done so since 1908 but, miraculously, it might actually happen this year.

The playoffs runs from October 27 to November 4, so the Cubs will miss BTTF's October 21 date should they emerge victorious, but it's still a crazy coincidence when you take into account their 107-year drought.

"Being a baseball fan, I thought, 'OK, let's come up with one of the most unlikely scenarios we can think of,'" screenwriter Bob Gale told Yahoo Movies UK.
