I stuck in TE limbo, started with Daniels, and maybe he will still come arond. I picked up McMichael but don't have too much confidence in any of the Rams right now. Could pick up Carlson but then he's on bye the next week.

I am wondering do you think Heap will play a significant role in this Ravens offense going forward? Of course that's assuming he can stay healthy

ANYBODY?!

All TE's mentioned should do fine as the year goes on.

Daniels- brutal schedule to start including this week, still should be fine as the year goes on

McMichael- not sure what happened this past week but Al Saunders is the OC, all that needs to be said. He will get looks all year

Heap- only one game so far, still think he will finish in the 5-10 range, if healthy

Carlson- who else are they going to throw to

Heap will be a good TE this year if healthy. He is healthy right now. In week one he flat out dropped a short td catch. If Flacco holds on to the job which he should Heap will be option 1a right along side Mason. Could be 50+ catches 600+ yards 5-7 td's top end low end 40-400-4

Remember this is the Ravens and a rookie QB so temper you expectations.

I think he'll continue to be a prime target in what passes for the Ratbird passing game. But, man, it's painful to watch him play sometimes. It seems like he gets hung out to dry an awful lot and takes some brutal hits every game.

:headbang: Was talking to someone the other day about this. Heap's such a good athlete that he goes after everything & leaves himself wide open to big hits.

If he's on the field, he's a good play. The game two weeks ago was about the worst you'll ever see him play & I attribute a good bit of that to rust.
