Can anyone tell me where I can find the single-season TEAM strikeout records? I have tried searching with google, ask.com, etc but they all direct me toward individual strikeouts or pitcher strikeouts.

Not that I can tell-I checked there and searched for "team strikeouts"-it came back with no matches. I can find individual strikeouts and pitcher strikeouts, but not strikeouts by an entire team (for a season).

FWIW, the Chicago Cubs have let the MLB in strikeouts the past few years.
