Voted October. Fall is my favorite time of year weather wise and it's a great time of the year in the sportsworld as well.

I prefer December, love the bowl games, NBA (yeah, I know) and in south FL October is still hot. Holiday parties are fantastic and most everyone seems to be in a good mood. Plus mom allows me out of the basement on Christmas eve.

Weather wise probably May. Average temp for MN is in the upper 60s/lower 70s which is pretty much ideal for me. The long winter is behind us. People are excited to get outside. It doesn't get to be really hot for another month or so.

Least favorite is February.

I went with June. Summer is in full swing but it's not kicking your ### yet. The pool is open, you're grilling, everything's in bloom. The smell of cut grass. Girls in shorts, tank tops and flip flops, and starting to get tan. Hookers are in a better mood. Perfect time of year to vacation in FL, it's not too insanely hot yet.

Close between September and October.

Went September. Kids are back in school, Christmas hasn't hit the stores yet, the weather is decent for running, football, and days are still long enough to drive to and from work in daylight.

Lol it's ####### miserable in June in Florida.

Well Miami, sure. Points north on the gulf coast are perfect air & water temp.

Voted October, but June is an easy 2nd.

With humidity, North Carolina's weather isn't perfect in June. Not as bad as July or August of course, but it can get miserable to be active outside.

Plus, June is moving month for us, which means either we're packing and moving to a new location or we lose members of our team and usually have a delay before getting new members - which increases our workload. Due to work, June can be among the most stressful months.

That said, I'd put June 3rd with the positives you mentioned.

May. The cold wether is finally behind you, lots of festivals (at least around here), grass is growing, school is coming to an end, day light is noticeably longer, the whole summer is ahead of you, Memorial Day, pools open, cinco de mayo, girls start wearing shorts (which get shorter every year), you start seeing neighbors again walking around the neighborhood, washing your car etc.

This is why I'm shocked that October is popular.

Sure, mild weather and football is nice, but by the end of it, you wake up in the dark and drive home in the dark. "October.....At least it's not as terrible as January!" isn't the tagline of the very best month.

I'll take May or June. They have mild weather too. As well as long days, short skirts, and the arrival of fresh produce (not the Fall crops that everyone settles for because you can't get the good stuff anymore).

April. Getting warmer, flora starting to bloom, scent of jasmine in the air, people starting to cut grass, promise of summer to come, days getting longer rather than shorter, dusting off the golf clubs, the Masters, etc.

December. I love the snow and the cold, people are generally in a good mood because Christmas is coming, and it's fun watching the kids get excited for Santa to come.

August - even though it's damn hot, I don't care much as I use most of my vacation days that month. This previous August I was in the office 4 days the entire month.

October? Really?

I love right when we are on the verge of 5 months of frigid temps, short days, and flu season...

July is the clear favorite her with June, May, or April in second. July 4th, summer Fridays (who works on Fridays in the summer?), beach, sun, ####### are out, shirts are short, and everyone in the office (when you are actually there) is on vacation.

BTW, September weather kicks the #### out of October weather.

November.

-My birthday opens the month.

-There's good mid-season Football.

-Hockey is back.

-NASCAR chase is winding down.

-Weather is nice and cool, but you can still go outside and not die.

-My favorite holiday, Thanksgiving.

-My next favorite holiday, Black Friday, where I order all my gifts online, then laugh at the schmucks standing in lines at stores while I eat Thanksgiving left-overs in my hoodie and elastic-waisted pants, then pass out in a lump in my 2nd triptophan-induced carb coma in 48 hours.

Came down to March or April as the first month where temps start warming up and you get those early spring days that just warm you up without being summertime humid. Goodbye winter. First day of shorts, no jacket, outdoor jogs, spring break, summer just around the corner.

Chose March because you also get the Tournament and by late in April you get the pollen season.

This.

November without a doubt. Thanksgiving is the perfect holiday and the weather in Phoenix is beautiful.

September - Football starts, nothing like that first weekend. Weather is usually perfect. Kids go back to school. And business picks up :pickle:

2nd would be June, and then November for many of the reasons already mentioned here.

October in 1st for this pole? Really?

December by far. Love my family and extended family and my friends, and getting together for good times is awesome.

Southern bias

Went with December because I love Christmas and usually have a couple of weeks off (Dec. 19 to Jan. 5 this year) and it's 75 and sunny every day.

Very close second for me is March, though. St. Patrick's Day, my birthday, March Madness, and Spring Break is big down here too. Tons of bikini contests, drink specials, etc. Always a hard partying month for me. Plus, the weather is still phenomenal.
