Best Resource for Executive Salary Info? - Negotiating an Offer (1 Viewer)

I am currently a Sales Director.

Looking at an offer for Managing Director for another company, responsible for Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Operations (management team already in place for these functions).

Any advice on where to find comparative salary info would be appreciated.

Honestly, most of the stuff available online is crap because there are so many factors such as industry, company size, location, experience level and particulars of the job position. You also have to factor in variable comp plans, etc.

You can try this site for an idea but take it with a grain of salt.
