Best team defenses for first 3 weeks? (1 Viewer)

I never keep a defense for the whole season, so there's no point in drafting a defense based on their projected performance for an entire season. I should only care about the first few weeks.

Which defenses would you draft when your main concern is the first few weeks?

Perhaps Draft Dominator should allow you to mask off certain weeks of the year so the defenses are projected only for the weeks you care about. I would love to see it re-sort based on the first 3-4 weeks.

The strategy and the actual team selection are 2 different things. Since I haven't kept up very well on my team defense / team offense knowledge I was hoping for some advice on selection.

Although Buffalo and SF are improved IMO, I think this is a pretty easy way to open up the season.

What about the Chiefs? They get Houston in week one, Chicago in week two, and the Vikings in week three.

That's two (presumably) bad offenses with new starting QBs, plus a decent Bears team that can have serious turnover issues if Bad Rex shows up.

(First two games are on the road, though.)

Problem for me that I am from around Pittsburgh some one of the other homers will take them too early.

I am targeting the Minni Viks this year with the same strategy in mind.

vs ATL (Harrington)

at Det (Kitna)

at KC (Croyle)

vs GB (Favre)

LOTS of opportunities with INTS the first 4 weeks!!
