I kind of think it's funny that everyone is ragging on Richardson for playing for the Browns but no one mentions that Martin plays for TB? Personally, when thinking dynasty I don't worry much about surroundings as things can change quickly. SD was a place no one wanted to go (Eli included) but LT did ok there. Jax isn't a great franchise yet MJD can thrive. If you have great talent things tend to work out regardless of surroundings.

This is a good point, and for dynasty purposes I'd take Richardson 1st without much hesitation. That said, Cleveland is just absolutely brutal. They're likely looking at starting from scratch again next year with a new front office and coaching staff. IMO they are not even close to being a team that can reliably push for a .500 record. They're multiple good drafts away from getting to even the Jacksonville level (averaging more than 7 wins over MJD's career).
