ESPN's Chris Mortensen reported on Sunday Countdown that a "best case scenario" for Ben Roethlisberger's (shoulder, ribs) return would be three weeks.
In other words, he'd miss Weeks 11, 12, and 13, and return to face the Chargers in Week 14 if he heals as quickly as possible and everything goes as planned. Fantasy owners need to hang onto Roethlisberger in re-draft leagues, hoping for a return before the fantasy semifinals (Week 15) and championship week (Week 16). The Steelers close out fantasy season indoors at Cowboys Stadium and at home versus the Bengals. Big Ben should be a QB1 play by then.
