Big DL Matchup this week? (1 Viewer)

2nd round of the playoffs and I'm finally dropping my beloved Mario Williams (I was hurting with him after watching how much pain he appeared to be in last night)... Are there any good DL matchups this week that would serve as a formidable replacement? Thanks for any help offered!

As someone looking to possibly replace Pierre-Paul, I'm also curious to see what sleepers there are. Shaughnessy? Ayers?

Shaughnessy /Houston vs Denver: Orton has been sacked 13 times in the last 4 weeks. Shaugy may be taken in most leagues, but this is a good week to pick up a recently very active Lamar Houston.

Williams Hayes vs Houston: Hayes had 4 solo, 1sack and 1 FF when they last met in week 12. He has been pretty active aside from the dud he had this past week, which is understandable considering the match-up.

Carlos Dunlap vs Cleveland: Dunlap has been getting more playing time over the last few weeks and this is a very good match-up. The Browns are tied for 7th overall in the "sacks allowed" category. Just surprised he didn't get to Big Ben this past week.

Lawrence Jackson/Turk McBride vs Tampa: Freeman has only been sacked 4 times in the last 4 weeks but this Detroit line is extremely good at causing pressure. I like both of these guys if Avril is out. If Avril plays, I am not so sure on who would benefit more. Maybe McBride?

Charles Johnson is finally getting the attention from offensive lines that he deserves and Brown looks pretty good. Factor in a matchup against John Skelton and I like it. He was injured this past week so have to keep watch. my advice is to stay away........players on injured reserve historically don't score well

Removed him. Didn't realize they placed him on IR earlier. Maybe Brayton or Hardy will step up in his place.

They've now credited him with half a sack.
