Ok so I was talking to a guy in my league and he was complaining about David Johnson and so I told him offer me him for Elliott and I might consider it. Well he did and now I'm not sure what to do. I like Elliott and want Elliott, but I'm seriously worried about the nfl investigation especially with them getting heat for the way they handled josh brown. Please let me know what you think I should do and leave a link and I'll answer your question. TIA!

I don't think anything happens with Elliott this year with regards to the investigation.  All criminal charges were dismissed so if the NFL league office does something it's above and beyond.  That being the case if anything does come if it he will be missing games at the beginning of next year not during the stretch run of this year.

I think I would rather have DJ over Elliott mainly because of the TD's and the receptions.  They are both studs and can't really go wrong there.

One advantage for Elliott is his Bye is done, DJ is on bye in week 9.
