Bell’s situation was somewhat predictable in that it was likely he’d miss at least a game or two, and maybe the whole season.  Anyone that drafted Bell without drafting Conner missed.   On the other hand, drafting Conner because of the uncertainty surrounding Bell probably made some owners’ seasons.  So the “miss” with Bell would have been not highlighting how important it was to snag Conner.

  With DJ, there was no way to get an advantage.  

 
I wouldn't consider either of these a miss, Joe, definitely no one should have any reason to be holding it against you guys. 
Yep. Neither can be considered a miss. A miss is a guy projected to put up big numbers and he lays an egg. Injuries don't count. Holdouts don't count.
