I apologize if this have been covered but I can’t seem to find it anywhere,

If a home team is blacked out for their game in their city, does the team they are playing against get blacked out in their city too or will we be able to still see it locally?

I just read Chargers are blacked out this week and they are playing the Jaguars, so does that mean we will not be able to see it here in Jacksonville on normal TV?
