In an effort to not hijack the current dynasty thread on Lloyd:

In a non PPR with only 1 pt for 20 yards receiving, he's the #6 WR in my league.

He has 43 receptions, 878 yards and 4 TDs.

Yet he's projected the #25 WR going forward?

Besides a lackluster first several seasons he appears to be lights out this year in a passing offense and is the clear #1 target.

Is there some reason to think he won't be a top 10 WR for the rest of the season?

I assume it's just his past haunting him?

Good point. I've got Orton as my backup QB and I'm concerned he'll get benched though his play certainly seems to have been excellent.

Agreed.I get the logic but think it is flawed.I probably wouldn't pay a premium to get him for 2011 but this year I would be all over him.

Orton on pace to throw for 5000 yards...gutsy guy too. Showed a heck of a lot of toughness coming back into that game last week.Only thing McDaniels has going for him right now.

Barring injury Tebow isn't going to start any games.

People take the "See what we have going for next season." mentality too far. Most coaches worry far more about winning this year to help ensure that they even have a job next year.

not saying this should happen. just saying that's the only explanation I can think of as to why Lloyd's production would be projected to fall off a cliff.

This and Orton is only 27 years old. I can't see way this would even be considered unless of an injury. With the progression Orton has shown, after losing Marshall, I can only see things getting better for him.
