Oct 22 Marshall was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence early Monday, the Associated Press reports. Marshall was pulled over in downtown Denver shortly after 2 a.m., hours after the Broncos' win over the Steelers.Recommendation: Marshall was released after posting bond. John Clayton was on the radio today, I just caught the end of it, but he seemed almost certain that there wouldn't be any punishment from the nfl this year, if he does get suspended for a game it'll be next year.Wish I'd have heard his reasoning why.
