In the 3 FFPC drafts I just completed (2 are 1QB and 1 is SF), Etienne went: 4.6, 3.6 and 4.4.

FFPC a rookie drafts are 7 rounds and we roster only 20 players.
So unless your draft is shorter, or your benches even more shallow, then YES, he is worth rostering.
