Brandon Marshall is Out of the Doghouse (1 Viewer)

I asked him in the post game presser:

"Has Brandon Marshall at least partially redeemed himself, coming out there and playing with the first team tonight?"

He answered:

"The reason why he's playing with the first team is because he's had good practices. He's obviously gotten well. He's earned that right. Obviously made a couple of plays today and hopefully he can keep on getting better."

This is good news. He is riding my bench right now but hopefully he can work his way into my starting lineup. Thanks for the info Bloom.

Broncos' Marshall: I'm Fully Recovered

Denver Broncos' receiver Brandon Marshall said he's all the way back from a strained quadriceps that kept him out of most of the two-a-day practices earlier in camp before coach Mike Shanahan nudged him back onto the field.

"I'm 100 percent, I'm out there running full-speed, so I'm ready to get out there and make plays," Marshall said. "Completely in the past, healthy and ready to go."

Marshall said he's "just trying to get back in football shape. After this week, I think I'll be right where I need to be."

Marshall is expected to start at split end opposite flanker Javon Walker but he probably needs to have a good game Saturday against Cleveland to lock down the starting job.

"It's more pressure, but that's what we play for and all the great ones step up to the challenge," Marshall said. "This week is going to be a big test for me. I think I'm going to pass it."

it's what little girls do when they are excited - Shriek. However, it somehow has leaked it's way into this thread.

i'm tired of not knowing what does EEEEEEE? mean?
Chaos Commish started beating the drum about this guy last January. The Hula Bowl performance really cinched it, he truly looked like a man among boys. CC felt like he was the best WR in the draft, I was very close to that, I certainly felt he was the most likely to be a #1 WR of the whole 06 class, but CC deserves a ton of props here for being even more certain than I was. Fast forward to the draft, and we go the first day without Marshall's name being called. Im sitting in Radio City at the draft when his name finally gets called in the 4th by the Broncos. The excitement overtook me and I let out something like the shriek the crowd of schoolgirls made for the Beatles and Stones back in the day. Then a few minutes later when I saw Schefter I ran up to him rabidly talking about how the Broncos just got the steal of the draft and how is he is the next TO... Schefter calms me down and asks me to slow down and tell him again about this steal of the draft.

This story never gets old (especially for Marshall dynasty owners) but for Bloom's sake, it should be pinned. Just make the subject read, "EEEEEEEEEEEE."
