Is he going to be a starter opening day? Also, what is his role on special teams, obviously he had that great 97 yard kick-off return for a TD last week, but Belichick never commits to anything just wondering if anyone has heard anything concerning him starting/what his role will be.

He will probably start opposite Moss, but that still might not make him a great fantasy option. If Edelman is healthy (which these days is becoming a big if), he will see his fair share of targets as the team tries to get him more plays to work with. Add in Gronk and Hernandez and Faulk out of the backfield and there may not be a lot of targets headed Tate's way. He could end up as the 5th option on some plays, even if he is on the field a lot. Bottom line, NE has expanded the options for Brady beyond just Moss and Welker, and that may mean a lot of guys with little pieces of the pie.
