I am of the school that a guy learns more when he isnt being shut down. What did he learn except that he is no match for Champ Bailey? Marvin Harrison managed to become an alright reciever with a system that got him lots of good matchups, id say. I'm thinking you learn to be a good reciever by making good plays in a good offense. Sure, you learn some things beating the odds in a stupid offense. Things like the fact that you are on a dead-end team where your efforts go for nothing.
