Breakfast Wings Flavors (1 Viewer)

I've been hungry for wings since I woke up. I started wondering what would be good flavors for wings at breakfast.

Maple syrup wings

Cinnamon & brown sugar wings

Dip them in waffle batter: chicken and waffle wings

Dip them in and egg batter: French Toast wings

Ive eaten hot, spicy garlic, and BBQ wings on many occasions for breakfast. All fantastic.

Peanut butter and jelly wings
Gators Dockside chain of restaurants here in Florida have PB&J wings. Some concoction of other sauces that give the same taste, apparently. Waiting til I hit an all you can eat wing night to try some, can't bring myself to pay for a dozen.

Are wings dipped in wife out of bounds? Bill and I take our cigars that way. Maybe experiment in different locations; you know, kitchen, dining room, patio.

My wife thought of wings benedict. Wings wrapped in fried ham and drizzled/dipped in Hollandaise sauce.
I often think of your wife drizzled in hollandaise sauce
I told her about this post and she laughed. Then I told her about you and she laughed harder.
Did you mention the trust fund, and google stocks?
Would you believe it slipped my mind?

Ive had em at a local sports bar in Lakeland a few times, theyre delicious, but a place in Bradenton called Geckos had a different take on em, and they were amazing...They were coated in like a thai peanut sauce and had a raspberry almost jelly-like dipping sauce. So good.

I feel like I'm being mocked

Smoke the wings for 2 hours. Fry in brown butter to crisp. Cinnamon sugar dry rub. Maple sriracha dipping sauce. On the side? A bowl of the ol' Capn.

Killer wing dipping sauce, or a glaze for a sweet potato, is equal parts maple syrup and gochujiang. A dash of vinegar adds as well.

Nah.

Though much simpler, this made me think of just making some good sausage gravy for dipping regular wings ...though combining this with the sweet pancake batter wings would be excellent as well.

Definitely going to do thai peanut sauced wings and a spicy blackberry preserves dip.

The hollandaise sauce deal sounds awesome. I hope my wife is over her egg allergy.

But i'm telling you....a maple glaze with that runny egg all over it....HFS. All of that with your next bite being the "hash cake" or hash browns / home fries. oh yes.
