Bumping this, as both records will fall VERY soon. Including last week's game Favre is:
6 TD's away from tying Marino's Career TD record (420), and
3 INT's away from tying Blanda's INT record (277).
He also has a very good chance of breaking Marino's career passing yards total (61,361) this year as well, as he started the year only 3,861 yards behind Dan. After week #1, he is now only 3,655 yards away (= he needs to average 243 yards p/g to do it).
I predict he breaks the INT record on Oct. 7th against the Bears,
breaks the TD record on Oct. 29th against Denver in a Nationally televised game!, and
breaks the yardage mark at home against the Lions in the last game of this season by throwing for over 300 yards.
