**Browns at Patriots**(-7, 40.5) 1:00 (1 Viewer)

Despite how low it is, I almost wonder if the over/under is too high.

Unless Judkins breaks a long one, or they get a D/ST score, I have a really hard time seeing the Browns moving the ball at all in this one. Not that it will be easy for NE, but I think its more doable. I think NE will realize pretty quickly that they won't be able to run on the Browns, or really block Garrett and co. so I think we'll see a lot of quick passes and QB runs. I think this could be a heavy volume day for Diggs in particular.

I think the Browns cover, in like a 17-13 type game.

Patriots have won 4 straight and they are avg like 30 points a week on offense
Patriots 30
Browns 10
-Yeah sure bet the under

I'd love it if that happens, I've been trotting out Drake Maye with Lamar out, but those 4 wins were over bad defenses. I mean, Car (42) Buf (23) NO (25) Ten (31) don't hold a candle to the Browns, who might have the best defense in the NFL, at least top-5. The only teams to hit 30 against the Browns were the Lamar-led Ravens, and the Lions, and both those teams had D/ST scores. I don't think the Patriots offense is on their level yet, though they certainly could also get a D/ST score.

Browns defense should slow The Drake express down a little
But the Browns offense,or lack of offense, could keep their defense on the field a bit too much
Home team is solid right now,Visitors will play tough
but...

Pats- 27

Keebler Elves- 16

They aren't getting Maye killed on designed run against the Browns. That's not their goal. Maybe with like four minutes left in the fourth if Vrabel can't help himself.

Seriously doubt this. All year they've been avoiding it.

QB pull-downs and scrambles maybe, but I don't know . . . designed runs seem a bit too far unless they think it'll actually protect him somehow.

NE has one of the easiest schedules in recent memory

LV: 24th in points allowed, 18th in yardage allowed
MIA: 29 and 26
PIT: 19 and 28
CAR: 13 and 7
BUF: 17 and 15
NOS: 27 and 19
TEN: 28 and 24
CLE: 13 and 1
ATL: 8 and 2
TBB: 22 and 17
NYJ: 26 and 16
CIN: 31 and 31
NYG: 23 and 29
BUF: 17 and 15
BAL: 32 and 30
NYJ: 26 and 16
MIA: 29 and 26

That's only one Top 10 defense in points allowed and 11 games against those ranked 22nd or worse. They should be scoring a lot and winning a lot.

owning a pats wr is so tough with a number 3, 8 and 9 and all similar size, I never know whether to actually be happy or not when they complete a pass

Please keep me in your prayers

Pats are moving the ball but Garrett is taking over in the red zone which is keeping them out of the end zone...good to see the rookie kicker going 3 for 3.

Gabriel is just incredibly bad. Like there is no chance that guy even becomes league average.

It was so amazing when they drafted him and I looked at highlights and stuff and I was like, “no arm strength” and everybody was talking about the velocity on his ball later on and I’m thinking, “are you high?”

Anyway, I could be wrong because I don’t have a radar gun nor am I a scout but that really looks like a pop-gun arm. Like one of those old fashioned burp guns.

I’m wrong waaaaay more than I am right but I remember being in the draft thread here when he was drafted asking if I heard that pick correctly. I thought he’d be a 7th round pick or UDFA. Crazy.
