Look, I realize that in his mind he feels like he has been a woman trapped inside a man's body. I get that and can sympathize and support his right to live his life as a woman if he wants but it doesn't change the fact that physically he is still a man.
He can grow his hair long, get fake boobs, shave his adams apple, have facial surgery to look more feminine and change his name but I don't consider anyone that has a penis and #### a woman.
