**Buccaneers at Panthers** (+6, 46.5) 4:05 (1 Viewer)

Bucs off a trouncing of The Giants
Panthers off a bye
Baker is cooking
Bryce is playing better
I think The Bucs defense makes a play or two to decide this one...

Tampa Bay- 27
Carolina- 24

Panthers played KC strong last week, and I think this week will be no different. I could see this being a sneaky back and forth game.

For the Panthers, I think Chuba Hubbard keeps on trucking as a low-end RB1. Tampa is prone to giving up some big plays on defense.

For Tampa, while I wouldn't sit Evans or Irving, I do think this isn't the cakewalk it looked like a few weeks ago. I will say I think its another nice Mayfield week, possibly including some more rushing production as he's been doing that as much as ever in his career. People looking for a really deep sleeper I would point at Sterling Shepard, as Carolina has been getting crushed by slot WRs (imagine what Godwin would have done) all year.

Tampa-27
Carolina-20

Is Chuba hurt?

They've stopped using him like they had earlier in the season. They've forced it to Brooks a few times trying to get him involved. Looks to be a focus for the Panthers to get Brooks touches regardless of what Chuba can do.

It's been back and forth, not the most exciting brand of football but I've been impressed with Bryce Young and Bucky Irving has saved the Bucs a few times today
175 total yds so far
Baker Mayfield down the stretch earning his keep.
The 30 second drive to tie the game, and this OT drive he looks very calm.

55 yd Attempt No Good and now the Panthers have the ball at midfield

This is why I hate trying that kick, the Panthers still would have gotten a chance with their offense and now you miss and they have about 15-20 yds for a solid FG try
Bucs are walking the plank right now
There was enough leg by Mclaughlin, just off to the left, snap was not clean

I'm 100% convinced both South winners deserve to be underdogs in round 1 regardless of who they draw. Houston, Atlanta, Tampa, none of these teams are any good.

If the Bucs score a TD on this drive, will they have to kick the extra point?
Asking for a friend who has the Panthers +6.5
