Is he a decent buy low canidate right now? Plays the Ravens this weekend and will probably get shut down, but after that he goes MIA, BUF, NYG.

If you want the guy badly enough due to his upcoming sked (post Ravens), then you can bite the bullet for this week and trade for him now. I've gotten lots of deals done for players that I wanted by assuming their current week's tough matchup. Can't really remember when it has come back to bite me.

Translation - smart owners won't sell low after a tough week in Baltimore. Get him now if you want him.

Is Deshaun Foster + Michael Turner too much too little for Jones. For the L T owner. Or just about right.

It's probably a fair offer. To my point a few posts above, this is the type of offer that could get it done THIS week. Foster plays the Texans at home while Thomas Jones plays at Baltimore. Some owners would jump on that because the deal is fair and it SHOULD help them THIS week.
