Anyone else watching season THREE? Loved season one, season two paled in comparison, but the writing in season is (so far) up to snuff. Duchovny is :lmao: again.

Episode 3 aired this week.....WTF happened to Kathleen Turner? She sounds like she smokes a carton a day. :lmao:

:moneybag: at the stuff that has come out of her mouth so far.

:lmao:

one of my favorite shows since Season 1 and glad Season 3 is > Season 2. Love Susan Sarandon's daughter...NICE real cans on that one.

ETA: While scary, KT is hilarious. I can't stop laughing when she says the word "wet" which is almost every sentence.

Best show out the past three years. I have no idea why this hasn't caught on more, especially among FBG's.

The wife and I just finished the first disc of season 2, can't wait to get the second one in the mail.

While many gush over wedding episode on The Office, this show is so great, fresh and original. Stuff especially in the first season you won't see anywhere else. I am glad season 3 is better than season 2.

Kind of a "meh" episode this week, but Im willing to give it a pass since its been pretty good so far.

She developed a severe case of Rheumatoid Arthritis. From her Wiki page:

Turner remained an A-list film star leading lady until the early nineties when rheumatoid arthritis seriously restricted her activities and her movie career went into rapid decline. She was diagnosed in 1992, after suffering "unbearable" pain for about a year. By the time she was diagnosed, she "could hardly turn her head or walk, and was told she would end up in a wheelchair".[3]

As the disease worsened and the medication greatly altered Turner's looks, her career slid—though Turner has also blamed her age, stating "when I was forty the roles started slowing down, I started getting offers to play mothers and grandmothers..." She appeared in the low-budget House of Cards, experienced moderate success with John Waters' Serial Mom, and had supporting roles in A Simple Wish, The Real Blonde, and Sofia Coppola's acclaimed The Virgin Suicides.

Really? I liked the premise of this show but it slowly started to unravel toward the end of season 1. After the season 1 finale, I gave up all hope with the writing team and stopped watching. That wedding scene might go down as one of the lamest things I've ever seen on television.Has his emo daughter offed herself yet? if not, she should. I couldn't take another minute of seeing her alienesque face or hearing her lame ### band.

I thought this season was pretty decent in the beginning, the middle got boring, but once Rick Springfield showed up it got good again. The finale was pretty meh though.

My gf loves this show because of all the sex but I just can't get behind this thing. Imo it's one of the worst shows I've ever seen. Just some terrible, terrible, writing. How is it hordes of hot women are constantly throwing themselves at this guy?

Hes a god d##### girl whisperer!

Wow..I love this show. Hank is such a screw up and finally his past comes back to haunt him. There are reactions to every action. Season 1 was good, season 2 was ok, and this season was getting better then hit a lull until the finale. No one in his family will be the same and he won't be able to charm his daughter or soulmate again. Next season will make or break this show.

I agree. This is a terrific show. Duchovny's damn good. He blows away the idea that all he can do is play Fox Mulder. The finale was outstanding. Showtime hit a pair of home runs Sunday night with the finales for this show and "Dexter."

Just started watching this show and am half way through season 1.  Very funny, Some great one-liners and awesome characters - Mr. & Mrs Runkle in particular.

I had read that this show had plenty of nudity, yet after episode #1 and maybe 2 there's been pretty much no skin.  So, the question is, did things change? I don't think I'm getting an edited stream - all the language is there and the "Previously on" shows the flashback with Hank and Bill's daughter so I would think that would be edited out if anything. I'll probably still watch because it's funny, but wouldn't mind some more boobies :D

If that is what you are seeking from a show, if you stick with it long term, you will most certainly not be disappointed.  Pretty much every peripheral character is naked at some point or another.

Now, if you are seeking a quality show, that stays clever, and not redundant through the end of the run...well, I suggest you look elsewhere.
