If the lockout leads to no draft what do guys like Ingram, Green and Ryan Willimas do?

Can they head back to school?

No, because there will be a draft. There is a mandate in the expired CBA that the 2011 NFL Draft will still take place as usual. The lockout will only prevent the newly drafted players from reporting to their teams.

To answer your question specifically: no. The moment they got an agent they were ineligible .

In basketball it is common for borderline players to enter the draft and go without an agent in case they don't get drafted. They can go back to play in college.
