I need to cancel my Disneyland Paris hotel and ticket package. If anyone has ever called Disney, you know you can be on the phone for a long time. 

My phone service is 40 cents a minute. My wife said to try Skype since it was like 2 cents a minute. I put $5 on my skype account and it ran out in 11 minutes without me ever talking to anyone. So not sure where she got that info. 

My cell phone is even more. I think its something like $3 a minute. 

Any suggestions. And yes, this is because I dont want to pay $50 for a call.

Check if your cell phone plan has a global option. Might be able to sign up for a month and it be cheaper than paying for the call.

Also check Google Voice.

Call Disney here in the States. They might be able to help.

Finally, see if you can find someone there in France can call for you. Maybe reach out to someone and explain the situation.

This is odd since there is no Disney in the UK. But ill try that 800 number you gave me or maybe call US Disney and ask if they can do anything.

the UK has a toll free number. i know people in france and the UK, maybe they’ll do it for a small paypal...

Check if your cell phone plan has a global option. Might be able to sign up for a month and it be cheaper than paying for the call.

My wife and I have done this when traveling overseas. Might not be a bad option if you find that the other free options aren't working.

Thanks to @gianmarcofor his brilliant yet simple suggestion. 

I called Disney in the states and they transferred me over. After only 1 hour and 8 minutes, I finally got to cancel. 

Saved money on phone bill and was able to get our deposit back.
