I've been with FiOS for almost six years, and my current contract is almost up. Can you negotiate with them to get the bundles they offer to new customers? Also my equipment is 6 years old also, my router cuts out all the time and is slow so I need new equipment. Anyone threaten to cancel and have them come back with better deals?

Upgrade your service/bandwidth & they'll probably have to send you a new wireless router. That's how I got a new one. Other than that, I don't think they budge unless you are a verizon employee & even then its not a great deal.

I am a verizon customer in southern california coming off contract soon and looking to negotiate as well. I don't get the Dodgers games for the last two years and I think next year might be Vin Scully's last.
