Cardinals at Vikings (1 Viewer)

Vikes' O-Line just shoved the Cards around and ADP picked his way through much of the defense before putting his head down from about 2 yards out to drive in for the score.

Skelton and the Cards moving down the field. Vikings need to get more pressure on the QB. He's had time to scan the field and pick his options.

Interesting that it is LSH getting the carries, not Powell. Stephens-Howling and the O-Line not looking bad.

Larry's dad is a member of the media in Minneapolis in the same way I'm a beat writer for the Vikes because I post my drunken in-game ramblings here.

Saw a mention that Powell fumbled a kickoff (Cards recovered it), but no sure if that is impacting early carries (or non-carries).

Just showed Powell standing the sideline holding a ball.Robison hits Skelton from behind and jars the ball loose! Vikings ball! Scoring opportunity gone for the Cards.

Come on...

Ponder gets flushed from the pocket under heavy pressure. Throws on the run OVER the Vikes TE and the Cards pick it off.

AZ ball inside the Viking's 20.

Stevens-Howling rushes straight up the middle for a TD.The Cards O-Line hasn't looked troubled by Vikings at all.
Nice TD run, but other than his 16 yard run he's averaging 2.5 YPC. They are doing a decent job but the Vikes can't give them short field position like that.

We break into the action to issue the following alert...an APB has been issued on Kyle Rudolph.

j/k, maybe he can get involved in the 2nd half. I assume he's not hurt, seems like an ADP day.

Cards opportunity wasted as they had the ball near midfield and Skelton looked terrible. Takes a sack and then throws the ball at the feet of an open receiver.

Ugly.

Speaking of ugly, Ponder just failed miserably in the waning seconds of the half by throwing an INT to give the Cards a chance for a FG.Dumb.

Was he even targeted today?
I think Ponder throwing bad passes is even more of a concern. I wouldn't blame Minnesota if they didn't throw it one more time the rest of the game. The goal is to win and Ponder is inhibiting that goal right now.

Oof. Skelton makes a Favreian underhand pass and just evaded the Jared Allen sack.

Cards going for it on 4th and Skelton gets punished by the 5'2 and 49 year old Winfield.
