Apparently he is excelling at right guard for the Cowboys...never should have been playing tackle.

I live in Arizona and listen to sports talk and read the paper and was actually up at their camp in Flagstaff this past weekend. Their O line hasn't sucked. If you listen to the D line and linebackers, they're actually giving Kudos to the offense. They haven't seen them play this physical before. They can't wait for the regular season because the O line is really testing them. The offense and defense have both been clicking. Now whether that translates to the regular season...we'll see.

Mike Jurecki completely disagrees with you...I believe Whisenhunt has been displeased as well...Jurecki stated that.

That's fine...you can listen to the broadcasters...I'll listen to the players. He's speculating on what Whisenhunt is thinking. I'll take players quotes and radio interviews (Bertrand Berry this morning on Jurecki's show) as to what is really going on in camp.

How many players come out during TC and say "God, our offensive line stinks. We might as well take some kids off the local HS team, they'd play just as well"?

Thanks for the Cardinals info. I love the camp threads. Being here in Detroit and listening to the locals and reading the papers every day, I know that I hear and read things about the Lions that non locals can't...and the same goes for everyone who gets the local scoops. I consider these threads to be excellent.

I know the Cards had trouble rushing the ball last year, but looking at this year's coming schedule it looks really run favorable.

They play 11 times against teams that ranked 17th or worse against the rush last year.

Edge may lose some goal-line carries, but am I crazy to think he might have a shot at a Top 3 rushing performance this year? Yardage-wise that is?

I think people are way too down on the Cards. I think they could actually have a shot at the wildcard this year. Call me crazy.

No I'm not pretending last season didn't happen, but you do realize that he finished 12th in rushing yards last year right?

New coach, easier schedule, he's still 29...

I'm just saying that I think last year was a fluke year for Edge and even at that he still finished with almost 1200 yards.

I think he has a legitimate shot. IMO.

I don't think you should write him off after one bad season either... just saying.
