If the caller was who he said he was (and Dale believed him, as did I), he said he is absolutely a Red Sox fan. He's just getting tired of the pampered, spoiled millionaire ballplayers who "don't care" about anything. So in addition to the slur (which, again, he denied), EVERY time CC came to the plate, he started a "OVERRATED - OVERPAID" cadence through the entire at-bat. It got to the point where he almost incited a riot. The other guy who called in said that everyone kept yelling at the guy to S T F U. He totally ruined the game for everyone.I already see your next question. "Why wasn't he thrown out?" I have no idea.

Over rater-overpaid at a minor league game is not grounds to be tossed..in fact he was just stating the truth. CC seems to be the classic small market type of player who flounders in Boston or NY. Look at AJ Burnett..9 wins in a row.
