She's different alright, in a great way. She's a brilliant manager of people. The problem with most people is they talk when they should be listening and learning. This is what makes her special and better decisions are made as a result of it. She gathers as much information as possible, listens to what people are telling her, then makes decisions based on what she has learned. The Colts are lucky to have her as an owner.
