Technically it was a call on the team prekick, considering that I would assume it would be ruled defensive holding, and technically the penalty was not on the receiving team in that sense.

But yes, I'm not sure about the exact ruling

The point about the blocked punt was just to show how the importance of pre kick holding scheme and lineups could be perceived by the league.

IE: Lineup offset from blockers on 4th and long, fake and hold sometimes, go for the block other times. Just a 5 yard penalty doesn't seem fair.

LOL. No, I've been a Bills fan for 4 decades now. Steve Smith is a clown. That doesn't excuse Aaron Williams from acting like a punk... particularly a punk that has had a pretty disappointing career until the last 2 games.

I forgot to mention that Steve Smith looked like he'd lost a step. He had a lot of troubles breaking loose from the Bills secondary. I remember in years past that guy would fly past defenders.
