im picking in the 8th spot in a 10 team/ 2 QB league-6 pt passing td, rushing yards are15 yards per 1. At the 8th should i take palmer or westbrook?

Well I would rather see a post like this.

Rather than seeing the all time teams or all time players of a decade that add to nothing to what is going on now.
