The CBA was officially ratified today on the steps of the Pro Football HOF.

The Steelers were the lone holdout that voted AGAINST ratifying the CBA.

Everyone slammed Al Davis and the Raiders from obstaining from the earlier vote. Any reason out there for why the Rooneys and the Steelers voted AGAINST ratification after previously voting to approve the CBA?
