We have our league set to: FAAB Order Reset - The tie break order resets after each weeks' games.

Does anyone know what the reset order is based on?

The system maintains a waiver rank for each team, set based upon commissioner preference (record or rolling priority based on transactions).  When you click on your budget at the top of your team page it will show the waiver priority next to each team as well as remaining FAAB dollars.
