Is there a way to get a person on the ph from CBS with regrads to a scoring problem? We tried 2 emails and have yet to get a reply. We need to resolve that fact that it added all players as "active" and I have no way to tell who each team used as reserve. This is needed to award waivers.

I thought that they used to have ph support but I can seem to locate the number.

Has anyone run into lack of response from these jokers?
