If you want to make changes to your set up for next year, is there a time when that needs to be done now or do you address it next year.

For example, we have 14 teams in the league, split into 2 divisions. To avoid an issue of playoff tiebreakers involving teams from different divisions, we want to create just one big division. All teams play each other once and playoffs start week 14 so that is working well.

I know the site rolls your settings forward each year. Thanks.

I've been on CBS for 6 years. I always wait until they release next year's product to make changes. It's usually done in June.
