GO CUBS GOIt's on here!!!!!
The effing Red Sox AGAINIs ESPN the Red Sox channel like TBS and the Braves? I don't know who contributes to me hating the Red Sox more, those idiots or you idiots.
Eh, I'm watching on MLBTV, $15 a month for crummy quality webcastsWhich website has the free video of the game? I am in MN and can not view CSN. Monday Night Football has the game on some foreign site but I can not remember where.
I've ranted about this for the past couple of years. When I was growing up, the Cubs were on WGN every day. Then, at some point, it became about money, and fewer and fewer games are on there. Comcast gets 95% of the others with WCIU getting a few. And if you live anywhere in the country that isn't in Illinois (or very close) they black out the ones on Comcast. Sucks big time. And didn't WGN used to show Cubs games, like, all the time? What happened to that? Now they just show American's Funniest Home Videos reruns NON ####### STOP.
Given that TBS was the original cable outlet for the Braves, it stands to reason. Their association goes back to when it was WTBS in Atlanta back in the day. But, your point is still valid. I've said that Yankee fans don't necessarily need YES, they have their other house organ in ESPN.The effing Red Sox AGAINIs ESPN the Red Sox channel like TBS and the Braves? FYI, population of other 49 states > population of Massachusetts. HTHESPN knows what the public wants. They're in to making money not being fair. You think they care about 6 nerds on a message board whining, or revenue?

I'm not delusional but some people in this thread may be. ESPN is in it for the ratings. That's all there really is to it. Has nothing to do with homerism.
There's like 173 that do. Them plus the New England market and fans all over the country trumps Cub + Milwaukee. It's simple geometry.People in Socal don't watch sportsYou don't sayTom Servo said:FYI, population of other 49 states > population of Massachusetts. HTHClifton said:ESPN knows what the public wants.
