Footballguy
So lets see those championship game matchups for everyone...

In my league it's as follows:

Flacco / Palmer VS Brady

Calvin VS Welker

Austin VS Colston

Stevie J VS Cruz

Sproles VS Reggie Bush

Chris Johnson / Spiller VS Michael Bush

Witten VS Vernon Davis

Bironis VS Kasay

Packers VS Cardinals / Jets

What do you guys have?

Rodgers vs Romo

AP and McCoy vs Rice and McGahee

Roddy White and Jordy Nelson vs H Nicks and S Smith

Finley vs Graham

2 Qb league:

Brady & Cam vs. Brees & Tebow

Rice & ADP/McGahee vs. Foster & Helu

Welker & Fitz & Demarius vs. Dez B & Deshaun J & A Hernandez

Should be a hell of a battle.

Good post.

Any thoughts on the weather effect? Week 16 it can be tricky. Games @ Buf, NY, KC, Was, GB, Sea, NE, Cin, Nashville, Bal.

Also almost all games on Saturday, so short weeks for SF & Pit.

Stafford vs Romo

MBush vs McCoy

ADP/Helu/Felix/KSmith vs Donald Brown/Ivory

Nicks vs Calvin

Stevie J vs Wallace/Holmes

LRob/Moss vs Austin/Holmes

Gronk vs Keller (or WW TE)

Bironas (or WW K) vs Kasay

Ten/Sea DST vs SF DST

.......

thoughts on Dal/Phi passing matchups?

on Was vs Min matchups, running and passing?

on Pit passing game with ben hurt or out?

There are some tough ones to figure out this week.

My players listed first:

Brady vs Romo

Megatron vs B. Marshall

M. Wallace vs H. Nicks

M. Crabtree vs D. Thomas (DEN)

R. Rice vs. A. Peterson

F. Gore vs B. Wells

A. Fasano vs A. Gates

W. McGahee vs R. Helu

J. Kasay vs S. Gostkowski

Tennesee vs Denver

Should be a very close championship matchup!

In our final: Grossman vs. Rodgers!

Grossman is on my team after several QB-issues...

Me (listed first) against the defending champion. I think I have a good chance, but he has some fantastic matchups. He has an obvious advantage at TE and probably defense/kicker, while I think we are fairly even at RB. I think I have a clear advantage at the WR and flex spot.

Tony Romo vs. Matt Stafford

Lesean McCoy vs. Ray Rice

Marshawn Lynch vs. Ryan Mathews

Roddy White vs. Antonio Brown

Percy Harvin vs. Kevin Walter

Marques Colston vs. Demaryius Thomas

Brent Celek vs. Rob Gronkowski

Felix Jones vs. Jermaine Gresham (or a waiver wire WR) - FLEX

Nick Novak vs. John Kasay

Chiefs Defense vs. Titans Defense

Man...these all seem like nip tuck matchups. Very few leagues have that one dominant team as years past.

From the sound of it, weather out here is going to be ugly on Saturday, so that would likely impact Jets, Giants, Patriots, Dolphins at a minimum.

Rodgers (or Cam, can't decide)

CJ

Turner

AJ Green

Nicks

Graham

Kasay

Bengals

vs.

Brady

Rice

Helu

Cruz

Marshall

Dez

Gostkowski

Titans

Anyone else torn on what to do with Rodgers? Cam plays at 1, and 49ers are at 4 and Packers not until Sunday night.

Two leagues, my guys listed first:

Brady vs Ryan

Foster, Felix vs Sproles, JStewart

VJax, Steve Smith, Demaryius Thomas vs Megatron, Bowe, Floyd

Graham vs Gonzalez

Kasay vs Rackers

TEN vs NYG

(I'm down Jennings, he's down Forte)

Brees vs Rivers

Rice, Lynch vs Peterson, Bush

Stevie Johnson, Torrey Smith, Demaryius Thomas vs Nicks, Fitz, Nelson

Gronk vs Graham

Gostkowski vs Kasay

SEA vs NYJ

(This is in the middle of a two week championship, I'm up 40...my squad is down Jennings and Murray)

Sure feels like Cam should blow up this week. Don't know if I could bench rodgers in the championship game though.

I don't know...benching Rodgers just feels like begging for an offseason of "why?????"...I understand the rationale, and logically speaking I almost support it. But in the end, Rodgers was drafted to get you to a championship, now he has done that and in the biggest game the thought of sitting him seems to go against everything you planned your team around.

I expect GB to put it on the Bears about as ugly as they possibly can, and that will mean Rodgers throwing the ball all over the field, even if it is only for 3.5 quarters.

I just have to get past Drew Brees and AJ Green. Guy got hugely lucky with week 15's Brent celek game in a league that provides bonuses for tightends.

14 team, 4 man keeper league. My guys listed first. Playing against my cousin the commissioner who has 5 titles to my 3.

Stafford - Romo

Rice - D. Brown

MJD - Gerhart or Ivory

Megatron - S. Johnson

Roddy - S. Moss

Graham - Gates

Hanson - Gould

KC (not Chicago) - Baltimore

The starters on this team pretty much mirror my FBG subscriber team minus team D.

I'm not seeing anything of concern for Foxboro on Saturday and NJ looks like some rain??? What are you seeing? Thanks

Eli

ADP, Wells

Here's mine:

Newton

Shady McCoy

Adrian Peterson (I've also got Helu & Beanie Wells)

Megatron

AJ Green

Demarius Thomas (I've also got Nate Washington & Antonio Brown)

Gronkowski

Kasay

Seattle (I've also got Tennessee)

Here's my opponents:

Brees

Chris Johnson

Benson (He's also got McGahee & Gore)

Steve Smith

Hakeem Nicks

Santana Moss (He's also got Maclin & Torrey Smith)

Aaron Hernandez (He's also got Gates)

Dan Bailey

San Francisco

I should be a slight favorite but ADP is making me a little nervous. Helu's got a nice matchup but now I hear he's banged up a little too. I also just heard about AJ Green's separated shoulder. I'm probably not benching him but I'm nervous about that as well.

Dynasty 12 Team PPR league

My team:

QB Newton (vs TBB)

RB Sproles (vs ATL)

RB Lynch (vs SFO)

WR Calvin (vs SDC)

WR Smith (vs TBB)

WR Marshall (@ NEP)

TE Gonzo (@ NOS)

K Nugent (vs ARI)

D Baltimore (vs CLE)

His team:

QB Brady (vs MIA)

RB Foster (@ IND)

RB Jones (vs PHI)

WR White (@ NOS)

WR V Jackson (@ DET)

WR Washington (vs JAX)

Flex (currently) Roberts (@ CIN) or Blount (@CAR)

TE Daniels (@IND)

K Hanson (vs SDC)

D Cincinnati (vs ARI)

Both teams won their divisions, and are only seperated by 10 points in overall points for. His team lost Fred Jackson, but still put up top points for last week.

I am cautiously optimistic.

Our league (12 team, keep 7, .5 PPR) sees a dominant undefeated team against mine, which rode a bit of luck to make the Finals as the 4 seed (7-6 during the season). Probably don't need to tell you which team is which...

Brees vs Romo

Gore vs Ray Rice

MJD vs ADP (Lynch is an option, but can't bench ADP)

Megatron vs D Thomas (Den)

Vincent Jackson vs B Lloyd

Miles Austin or Victor Cruz vs DJax or Wayne

Celek or Keller vs V Davis

Crosby vs Nugent

Gonna need a big horseshoe in this one. :)

Interesting to see how high the % of starting QB's in the finals are studs (Rodgers, Brady, Brees or Romo). Seems to fly in the face of "wait on QB approach". I'm in the same position with Brady and Brees as my starting QB's in my championship games as well. Good to know.
