Jackson has gotten more playing time than Floyd. Floyd is mostly used in goal line packages, although he's been targeted deep a few times from around mid field as well.Vincent Jackson has gotten a fair amount of playing time, but Rivers has just flat out missed him a few times when Jackson was open. Against the Titans, Jackson had more than a step on the defender, but Rivers overthrew Jackson deep down the right sideline. Against the Ravens, Jackson would have had a touchdown if Rivers had hit him on that 3rd and 19 play. Rivers also missed Jackson down the right sideline against the Steelers.McCardell and Parker are the clear #1 and #2 WRs. Jackson may overtake McCardell next year, but for this year his fantasy value is quite limited. He is the #3 WR on a team whose top two receivers are the RB and TE.But still, Jackson is #3 and Floyd is #4, not vice versa. Floyd has scored two TDs to Jackson's one, but Jackson could easily have another one or two TDs. (Rivers has generally been very accurate this year. He's only missed guys a few times. But it's happened disproportionally often to Jackson. I believe it is coincidence.)Both guys have long-term potential. They are tall, athletic, have good hands, and can get deep. But they are dynasty prospects rather than redraft prospects, at least for this year.
