i think you'll win with either D.  if i had to pick one though, i would go with philly.  i believe it's extremely unlikely the bears score over 30 points.  The bears o-line will likely give up a few sacks too.

Cutler is usually good for a pick or two and Cutler usually gets sacked 2-3 times as well.   Very unlikely that CHI would score 35+ or gain 500+ yards.

Go with PHI.

They aren't, I'd be dropping Philly for them.  I'm going to roll with Philly.

Bears DST vs a rookie in their home opener though.
